Well we have officially been open for 5 months and have already had a very busy summer wedding season this year! 

We would like to congratulate all 10 of our wonderful summer 2016 Mr and Mrs and would like to say a great big thank you to them for choosing Bouquets Florist for their wedding flowers.

We started our wedding season in June 2016 - 3 months after opening - with a lovely couple Mr and Mrs Walker, their wedding designs incorporated the favourite flowers of Mrs Walker’s friends and family, everyone had something different, it was such a pleasure to make. We began July with a beautiful wedding in the Coltsford Mill in Oxted, the bride had her heart set on Peonies and they were due to go out of season for the week that she was due to be married. We had put substitutions in place but thankfully we were able to get her choice of flower! And on one of the hottest days of the year, they looked and smelt stunning! 

We went into August with Mr and Mrs Mcgoldrich who went for a vintage style/country garden look, it was something new to me as the bride wanted to incorporate succulent plants into her bouquet. The end result was stunning and I would happily recommend this idea to any bride looking for this style of bouquet. We ended August with a triple whammy, three weddings in one weekend. All beautiful and all different. We had a beautiful bouquet of mixed pink roses, a stunning summer pastel bouquet and beautiful white roses and yellow freesia and Germini. 

Summer 2016 has been such a pleasure and all of our brides have been wonderful! We wish you all of the happiness and luck in the world and would like to say a massive thank you for making our first wedding season so easy and enjoyable. We look forward to our first autumn wedding on Saturday!
